Kid on the Beach
October 8th, 2009
We went on vacation over a MONTH ago. I just now re-sized the pictures I took so they would not crash the blog. Sorry about that readers reader Mom! You have been most patient. I took soooo many pictures– these are just from one evening walk The Son and I took while The Hubs…took a nap maybe?

These photos are beautiful!
These are amazing!!! They’re way better than the over-priced staged ones I’ve seen of all the local kids.
Shoeshe, oh wait. We got some of those too–and
yes they were over priced and staged, and I am spending HOURS photoshopping them into even decentness.
Its very hard to be objective when the subject and the photographer are both so dear to me. I love them all. Perhaps a professional would have some kind of lighting to get rid of some of the shadow on his face in a few of them. But, I love them, particularly the ones where the sunset is lighting the water and of him writing in the sand. Makes me hungry to see him, its been 9 or 10 days since I saw that face in RL.
Wow! You’ve really stepped up your game learning how to photoshop’The Son’ in sand writing
Lol Neighbor! I really wrote The Son in the sand and made him stand there. I have a bunch of really good ones with his actual name too. How is baby Caleb, Ryan, Zack, Beck, Ashton, Rumpelstiltskin doing?
That’s what I call planning ahead!
Baby K2 is doing great. He’s just trying to bore a hole to feedom out the right side of my abdomen while using any rib or internal organ necessary to make his escape. And, sorry, it’s none of those…
What about Zeke, Lucas, Eric, Henry, James, Kirk, Ross, Graham, Jack, Alec?
Glad to hear you planned ahead with “The Son.” You should totally start doing double of everything (like cakes, signs, clothing, etc.) so you’ll have one with “The Son” just for your blogging and one with his name for your personal stuff. That wouldn’t take too much time…right?
At any rate, the pics are great!
Hey….I’m just as anxious about more pics as Mom. In fact, how about a flash drive FILLED with 3 years of photos (or at least the last 2 years) for my b-day. (Giving you an obvious hint AND plenty of time to get it done.)
Now…to these pics. I just loved the light (but not as much as I love the subject); evening on the beach–best time for photos. Beautiful…need one for my desk and one (two) for my (our) wallets.
