Sugar overload x 4
1. Easter Egg Hunt with Playgroup

Notice whose child is the one wearing shorts when all the others are bundled up!
2. Easter Egg Hunt at the Elder (but not old) Huckablog compound

3. Easter Egg Hunt at Church

4. Easter Egg Hunt at Grammy and Grandpa’s.

By ten o’clock Sunday night he was literally running in circles and shrieking at the top of his lungs. A gold star to the person who can point out what all egg hunts had in common.
Do you remember that Friends episode (my favorite one for the record) where they play a game girls against boys to get rid of the birds? And Phoebe wants to know something about a tree? “Ohh so close, I was looking for LEAFY.” This game is like that. I am looking for one thing. (maybe two. )

My guess for the consistant theme during the egg hunts is something H borrowed…
My guess would be the beautiful yellow boots.
The boots are hilarious! I really love them with his Sunday Easter outfit! How long did those ears last? X-Man would have taken them off in 1.5 minutes.
Yeah, I was wondering the same thing…does he sleep with the boots?
1. Boots
2. Red/Orange/Yellow (he seems particularly fond of eggs in those colors)
3. Cute Kid
4. Filled with Candy
5. Plastic
What all the egg hunts had in common? I assume you mean apart from the eggs?? Of course that would be those adorable yellow galoshes.
Ha…I knew he was going to wear the boots to every egg hunt before I read your question because I know that boy!
You do know that he’s going to kill you for those bunny ears someday, don’t you? I have witnesses who will promise him that I tried to talk you out of them, so do NOT try to pin that on me in 14 years!
Let’s see…the already mentioned yellow boots….and sugar! Maybe the boots were covered in sugar??
P.S. This is totally off-subject, but I thought I’d let you know that I am weaning myself off of the Lexapro, following a schedule my dr. gave me. I can definitely say that the withdrawal symptoms are worse than the side effects! But I’m almost completely off of it, so hopefully the insomnia and the becoming frustrated/angry so easily will go away soon!
Boots it is! Confession? I did not really argue the boots that much for Easter morning, I think they are cute….and the pictures are the kind of thing you cherish when he is grown.
