Isn't it weird that they stop Christmas two weeks early at their stores? And just 3 days ago one of our neighbors was outside taking down his lights already. I guess July is the new Christmas and March the new Thanksgiving, everyone's in such a hurry they seem to be missing the point. I asked him last night what he wanted from Santa and first on the list was the penguin. Somehow, I think he's talking about a real one, or at least a real animated one like on Happy Feet...not so sure how a toy one will fare. Good haircut....nice tree, but it could stand a few more ornaments...pretty accurate shot of the circus, at least during the elephants, we won't talk about some of the other bits, will we? Apparently, your cold is just about gone...aren't you glad? And...you and TheSon made it home safely in the first great southern ice storm of the season--one day after we had to run the AC!!
