Quite frankly, I think that candy redistribution would be a great idea…fewer cavities and possibly fewer instances of obesity and juvenile diabetes. If everyone got equal candy, there also might not be as many fights at school on the days following Halloween…or as many sugar-induced hyperactive brats running around in my mall.
Of course, the above is meant to be humorous.
