I hate Wal-Mart. I am convinced it is one of Dante's levels of hell, but if you read ShoeShe, you already knew that. Oh, and ShoeShe will be back tomorrow. ShoeShe has a new condition with the eyes...got new glasses today...kind of all better...more testing to come. Lowdown: I have double vision, see starbursts in lights, see blurry white spots in pages of text (like books or newspaper proofs...makes work tough) and have horrible depth perception. It got so bad that I couldn't hardly look at a computer screen, because I saw 2 of everything and couldn't focus long enough to type. So, new glasses with prism lenses have really helped. There's only one of everything now. So...ShoeShe will have a new entry on her own blog tomorrow. I'll keep you posted.

Well your last year looks awsome, but your today looks pretty nice too (aside from Walmart). It looks much better than my day which was people coming in and out of my office all day while they set up closed circuit television in our church and annoyed me with questions about missing manuals.

I've been thinking about this the last couple weeks. I wonder if I would have picked up and left like I did if we hadn't gone on that trip; did it activate some wanderlust without me knowing it? Or did it plant a seed of dissatisfaction with small town life?

I kinda think both.
